Main Opinion: pretty good lettuce wraps. I grade everything on a scale from 1-10.
Location: Off of 17, in Mt. Pleasant, near diamonds direct. I give location a 7
Atmosphere: Romantic atmosphere, low lighting, a place to take a date. Very professional looking. I give it a 10.
Customer Service: When I was there, itcwas early lunch and a little slow. The server was professinal, but did not check in that often. I grade this a 7
Food I Ate:
Tradional lettuce wrap- Amazballs! Best in town and a must try.I give it a 10.
Dyamight shrimp lettuce wrap. This is the same dyamight shrimp you can order separately, but of course this is the lettuce wrap version. It was good, but not enough shrimp for me. Not worth the price either. Just order the non-lettuce version. I grade it an 6.
Lettuce wrap sauces- For both, these were pretty good. I grade it a 9
Price: I liked the price on the traditional, but not th he dyamight. I grade the price a 7
Will I go again: I will definitely go again as this is one of my favorite Asian spots, even for a chain. They have a lot of great food. My grade going back is a 9. -

1. Stopped providing sauces that you mix yourself
2. Didn't have chopsticks
3. Ahi tuna must have been open in the fridge because it tasted like old chicken.
4. Mabo Tofu has no spice, and fried too deeply
Can't say enough how disappointed I was. Sorry P.F., if you want to stay first you gotta stay hungry. -

Service at this location is deplorable. Food is as good as in any other PF Changs you've been to.
Waited 20 minutes for drinks, 75 minutes for food. Yes it was 4th of July weekend, it's your job to manage manpower accordingly. The manager came to try to make amends but the damage was done. With two babies in tow the rest of our road trip to Myrtle Beach was a nightmare.
No bueno. -

I stopped in for a quick bite around 5. I seated myself in the bar area. Alan the bartender immediately came over and took my favorite order, shrimp pad tai. We discussed my need for a to-go order that needed to be picked up at 6:30 p.m. He honestly advised me I should place two separate orders because it could get lost in the shuffle during dinner hours. When I pulled up my reward dollars from a previous gift certificate purchase and attempted to redeem them, he informed me that they had expired. I was so disappointed because on two previous visits I had tried to redeem them, but the wifi was down. I paid with cash and thought that was that. I did have a question about the gift certificate that my husband never received from Father's Day. He called the manager Patrick over and after explaining everything he provided me with a number to check on the gift certificate and replaced the reward dollars because he was aware of the wifi problems and they had updated their servers since. I wasn't expecting that. It's nice when staff goes above and beyond your expectations to see you smile. They would have received a 5 except when I came back to pick up my to go order it was 15 minutes late. Granted they were super busy, but it still was an inconvenience I wanted to avoid by placing the order earlier. On the positive side my food was delicious and they were running 20% off for to go orders. Gotta love them!!

P F Chang's usually is a solid pic for Asian Fusion food. Came here today because I was in Mt P with my SO ready for lunch. It had been a while since we have dined here in Mt P. Customer service on point we arrived right around 11:45am and was seated in a booth as requested. We took a look quickly at the menu and knew what we wanted to order. We started with the Tempura Cauliflower for an appetizer. Wow we were pleasantly surprised with the tasty tempura batter and glaze, oh did I mention I usually hate eating cauliflower, this was delicious! We moved on to our lunches and my SO ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps which she loved. I ordered the Dynamite Shrimp Lettuce Wraps. This was the 1st time I ordered this dish and I was pleasantly surprised with both sauces this was very tasty and I would get it again!! Hey every time I come here I am satisfied and happy I came definitely 5 Stars !!
